snacks

hummus: traditional mediterranean hummus served with fresh, seasonal vegetables and pita

jackfruit quesadillas: chipotle seasoned jackfruit, pepita “cheese”, peppers, onions, flour tortilla    

 

swedish meatballs: savory "meat"balls smothered in creamy mushroom gravy

 

miniquiche: spinach, kalamata olives, tomato baked in an eggy tofu blend with North African spices

 

grazing board: housemade seasonal jam, smoked almond cream, sun-dried tomato pesto, olives, varied "cheeses", assorted crackers & breads

moroccan keftas tangine: aromatic quinoa "meat"balls accompanied by flavorful tomato based dipping sauce

zucchini cakes: cajun shredded zucchini/almond-flour patty, remoulade

tofu satays: marinated tofu crisply grilled; peanut dipping sauce
